Players can post snaps, names and other content in SLUG THUG. If you believe something here infringes your copyright, tell us and we'll deal with it under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

To be valid, your notice has to include:

• your physical or electronic signature
• a description of the copyrighted work you say is being infringed
• where the material is in SLUG THUG, specific enough for us to find it: for a snap, the player name and what it shows, or its link
• your name, address, phone number and email address
• a statement that you believe in good faith the use isn't authorized by the owner, its agent or the law
• a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or are authorized to act for the owner

Knowingly misrepresenting that something infringes can make you liable for damages, so please check fair use before you send one.

We remove the material or disable access to it, and we tell the player who posted it, including a copy of the notice.

If you think it was removed by mistake or misidentification, you can send a counter-notice to the same address with:

• your physical or electronic signature
• what was removed and where it was before
• a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you believe in good faith it was removed by mistake or misidentification
• your name, address and phone number
• a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address (or, if you're outside the US, any judicial district where SLUG THUG can be found), and that you'll accept service from the person who sent the original notice

We'll forward it to the person who complained. Unless they tell us within 10 to 14 business days that they've gone to court, we may restore the content.

We close the accounts of players who repeatedly infringe others' copyrights.

SLUG THUG's name, logo, characters, art, music and code belong to SLUG THUG or our licensors. The game also contains parody brands and products invented for comedy. They aren't connected to, sponsored by or endorsed by any real company.
